I made a purchase using GE Finance or Q card, can I continue to pay this off and receive the interest free period?
Yes you can, there is no change to your contract with either GE Finance or Q Card.
I have a faulty product that I would like to be repaired, replaced or refunded, what can I do?
After July 27th 2014, and it is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact or go into any Noel Leeming store within Greater Auckland. I have a Gift Card from The Good Guys, can I still use it?
The Good Guys Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Noel Leeming stores and are subject to terms and conditions outlined on the gift card.
I purchased a product with an Extended Warranty. Will it still be honored?
Yes it will be honored up until the end of the purchased term.

The Good Guys today announced they will exit the New Zealand market.
The Good Guys Chairman, Andrew Muir commented, “This is a logical, commercially driven decision that recognises our relatively small position in the New Zealand and that the path to gaining a significant market position and acceptable financial return is too far away.
“The New Zealand market has undergone significant rationalisation and consolidation and with only five stores, our business would require significant investment to bring it to a scale that would deliver acceptable returns.
“We are very proud of what our team in New Zealand has achieved. We provided a world class offer and value proposition for our customers and introduced strong competition that drove significant benefits for New Zealand consumers.
“We have entered into arrangements with one of New Zealand’s most respected retailers, The Warehouse Group, to ensure that we exit the New Zealand market responsibly for our key stakeholders.
“Our Australian business continues to outperform the market in both same store year on year growth and market share growth and will continue to be a focus for our future investment”.
The Good Guys will assign five of its property leases in New Zealand to The Warehouse Group, who will look to utilise these retail spaces across a mix of its retail brands. The Warehouse Group brands include The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Noel Leeming Group, Torpedo 7, and R&R Sports..
Employees of The Good Guys will receive their full legal entitlements prior to the finalisation of their contracts with The Good Guys and will have the opportunity to be considered for positions with The Warehouse Group.
Arrangements have also been put in place so that customer warranties and returns will be honoured by The Good Guys, via Noel Leeming stores.
All outstanding obligations to suppliers will be met in full by The Good Guys.
The Good Guys anticipate that the withdrawal of its brand from New Zealand will be complete by the end of August.
